Weddings at Whitley - Ceremony and Catered Reception
What we do:
- property use for rehearsal, ceremony (if needed), photographs and reception from 9am to 11:00pm
- chair set up for ceremony
- table and chair for registry signing
- consultation time with experienced wedding organizer (usually 3 x 1 hour)
- marquis tent for reception
- on-site hostess to assist
- help set up guest tables, head table, bar, music and gift tables
- help set up china, flatware and glassware for guest and head tables, setting of same
- coordinate with our Chef to match your menu budget and taste
- receive flower and cake delivery (if necessary) and greet DJ and bartender
- help set up basic glassware for the bar
- help clearing of dinner dishes and table maintenance through the evening
What you do:
- arrange for parking attendants
- book marriage official
- decorate ceremony area and reception tent if desired
- rent linens and skirting
- rent china, flatware and glassware
- bridal party flowers
- music (Socan fees of $50 or $70)
- wedding cake
- photographer
- hire bartender to manage beverages and bar area
- purchase a P.A.L. policy and liquor license if alcohol is to be present
- clean up by noon the next day - everything you bring must be taken away, including all garbage & recycling.
Ceremony & or Catered Reception: $2000.00* plus $10* per guest (chairs/facilities)
Three B&B rooms for a minimum of 2 nights to ensure exclusive use of the property for your wedding $900.00*
Menu selection starting at $28.00 per person
Hors d'oeuvre receptions are quoted on an individual basis.
